Standard Cutting Boards offer a balance between our Small and Deluxe models. These boards finish at 1.125 (+/- 1/8) inches thick giving you a stocky, professional appearance. As with the small model, these boards feature a rounded top edge, softened bottom edges to remove sharpness, and a deeper perimeter juice groove to keep the juices from building up on your cutting surface while in use. Standard models include black, rubber cutting board feet (installed and ready for use). These cutting boards are not reversible unless requested without feet.
All of our Charcuterie items are finished with at least 3 coats of food grade oils. Using this finishing method enables food to be served directly on the wooden surface, and makes clean-up and maintenance easy. Care instruction pamphlet for proper cleaning and maintenance is included with this purchase. These are high quality Charcuterie items, and with proper care, and periodic maintenance they will last for a long time and maintain ther vibrant look.
